Position Overview: The Field Sales Executive for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) products is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling HVAC products to potential clients in a designated geographic area. This role involves a combination of customer relationship management and effective communication to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.

    • Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as facility managers, contractors, and consultants.

    • Present HVAC product solutions to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing customer queries.

    • Develop proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.

  2. Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.

    • Regularly engage with existing customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

    • Act as a point of contact for clients' inquiries, concerns, and service requests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

  3. Sales Target Achievement:

    • Set and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's customer base.

    • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports for management review.

    • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the sales process and suggest corrective actions.

  4. Travel and Reporting:

    • Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows or exhibitions.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in a CRM system.

    • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:​

  • Fluent in English and Telugu.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office. 

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: The compensation package for this role typically includes a competitive base salary, performance-based commission, travel allowance, and professional development opportunities.
