Position Overview: The Field Sales Executive for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) products is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling HVAC products to potential clients in a designated geographic area. This role involves a combination of customer relationship management and effective communication to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.

Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as facility managers, contractors, and consultants.

Present HVAC product solutions to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing customer queries.

Develop proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.

Regularly engage with existing customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Act as a point of contact for clients' inquiries, concerns, and service requests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Sales Target Achievement:

Set and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's customer base.

Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports for management review.

Proactively identify areas for improvement in the sales process and suggest corrective actions.

Travel and Reporting:

Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows or exhibitions.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in a CRM system.

Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:​

Fluent in English and Telugu.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
